Is this event BYOB?

Yes! Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages. However, we’ll also have a cash bar open all night for your convenience. 🍸

Will dinner be served?

There are several fast-food and sit-down restaurants just minutes from the hotel. Complimentary hot appetizers will be served after 9:00 PM. 🍢

When will we be charged for our hotel room?

Your room charge will not be processed until the day of the event. 🏨

What is the party fee cancellation policy?

You may cancel your party fee up until December 12th, 2025. After that date, no refunds will be issued. 🚫

We’re a couple bringing a third—what ticket do we purchase?

You’ll need to purchase an Event-Only ticket and notify us that your third will be staying overnight. 💃🕺

Do I need to be a member of Ice Lounge to attend?

No membership is required! This event is open to all lifestyle guests who pass our soft background check. Simply create a free profile online and register to attend. ✅

Is marijuana allowed?

🚫 No. Marijuana is illegal in the state of Kansas. Any guest found with illegal substances or contraband will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

Is this a smoking hotel?

No. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted outside through the lobby area only. 🚬

What time is check-in?

Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 PM. ⏰

If I purchase an Event-Only ticket, what time can I arrive?

Event-Only guests may arrive as early as 8:00 PM but no later than 11:30 PM.

Please note: All Event-Only guests must exit the property by 2:00 AM. 🌙
